Its oversized 12" x 27" heated section allows more products to be displayed in less footage. The heated well can be operated wet or dry with an easy-adjustment control. The overhead halogen heat/light system assures you of correct product temperature and presentation.
The Deli Hot Food Cases also come in Legend Profile to assure compatibility with other Legend Profile Cases (Ambient, Cold Deli or Bakery Cases).
