Dean & Deluca, NYC - When Dean & Deluca was planning to redo its Prepared Foods area in the main store in NYC, the company turned to Refcon for help. Our design team and Dean & Deluca’s operations team worked to create a prepared foods area that blended with the rest of the store. The redesign accomplished the operational requirements of the merchandisers, while staying visually exciting to the customer. Facing a large expanse of front glass and the open refrigerated back, products needed to be easy to present and see. The exposed stainless steel structural support complemented the existing space.Refcon’s square look gives the customer great visibility of the products and the sales person.
