NAFEM
Refcon exhibited at the 2011 NAFEM Show in Orlando from February 10-12 and everyone agreed that our booth set the bar for innovation and design even higher. The reaction to the new EnergyPak concept far exceeded our expectations and confirms that it is one of the most innovative products the Foodservice industry has seen in many years. With the introduction of EnergyPak, we are able to offer convertibility of IceRock to HotRock or ColdPan to HotPan by just turning a switch. Refcon introduced the new QUBE square display case; the WAVE case; the radius SUSHI case; the SPREP radius Salad prep case; the expanded Eclipse Deli case; the radius HotRock and IceRock; the curved glass Seafood case with lighted deck; the new Gelato case; the new single deck Pastry case; the new modular wine case; LED lighting options; high energy efficiency options; and much more. So if you are looking to meet the challenges of the current sales environment, consider Refcon as your partner in innovation and design.EnergyPak’s introduction demonstrated that for the first time a facility could have a factory assembled package that provides glycol refrigeration for medium and low temperature applications, air conditioning, heating and hot water in a highly efficient and integrated system. With the EnergyPak, not only is refrigeration provided at a higher efficiency than currently available but heating, air conditioning and hot water production set new standards for low energy usage. In addition EnergyPak allows for the remote monitoring of all functions and equipment as well as a full alarm system so the operator is assured of the highest level of system performance. As result of this integrated approach to mechanical systems, EnergyPak will be able to deliver more LEED credits than any current system available from the Food Service industry.
